1. No Therapeutic Relationship: Purchasing and using these hypnosis recordings does not create a therapeutic or counselling relationship between you and Carly Goodfellow. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide professional mental health support or therapy.​

2. Self-Help Resource: The hypnosis recordings are designed for personal development and relaxation and are intended to help you positively benefit from hypnosis. Although hypnosis is known to be a highly effective, the content of our recordings and the information provided on them and this site should be regarded as being COMPLIMENTARY. They should NOT and do NOT replace medical treatment, professional mental health care or therapy. If you require therapy, counselling, or any medical intervention, you should seek services from a medical doctor and/or a licensed mental health professional.

3. Not a Diagnosis or Cure: NOTHING offered by us is intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any medical, emotional or physical condition/illness. 5. No Guarantees: Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, and I make no guarantees about the specific outcomes or benefits you may experience from using these products.

Safety Notice – Important Information:

 

1. DO NOT listen to our recordings when you are involved in anything that needs your full attention. NEVER listen to the recordings whilst driving or operating machinery. Only listen to recordings when you can safely relax or sleep.

2. DO NOT listen to any of our recordings if you suffer from epilepsy or a serious psychiatric condition. If in doubt please consult your doctor. 

3. If you are under 18, you may ONLY access the site or purchase products from us with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

   • Play or share our recordings with your clients or any third parties in a professional setting.

4. Site Content Restrictions: You MAY NOT:

Refunds and Returns Policy:

At Carly Goodfellow Counselling & Psychotherapy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any product, you may contact us to request a refund.

However, please note the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are limited to one single hypnosis session recording order per person/household and/or one single mini-course order per person/household within 30 days of purchase.

   • Refunds will not be issued beyond the 30-day period.

2. Initial Purchase Considerations: If you are unsure whether our products are right for you, we suggest starting with one or two individual session recordings to test them out. This will help avoid any disappointment.

3. Future Purchases: In the unlikely event that you discover you are not satisfied with our products, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing further orders with us. This will help prevent further disappointment for both parties.
